Yes! Albion College is test-optional for most applicants. You can choose whether or not to submit SAT or ACT scores. We evaluate applications holistically, considering your academic record, essays, recommendations, and extracurricular involvement.
The application fee is $50. However, fee waivers are available for students with demonstrated financial need. You can request a fee waiver through your school counselor or contact our admissions office directly.
You can only apply through one application type. If you apply Early Decision and are deferred, your application will automatically be reconsidered in the Regular Decision pool. Early Action applicants who are deferred will also be reviewed again during Regular Decision.
After submitting your application, you'll receive login credentials for our Applicant Portal. There you can track which materials have been received, view your checklist, and eventually access your admission decision.
Interviews are optional but encouraged. They provide an opportunity for you to learn more about Albion while sharing your story with us. You can schedule an interview through your applicant portal or during a campus visit.
