Yes, Albion College is test-optional for the 2025-2026 application cycle. Students may choose whether to submit SAT or ACT scores as part of their application. Applications are reviewed holistically, and your academic record, essays, and activities are given significant weight regardless of whether you submit test scores.
No, Albion College does not charge an application fee. We believe cost should never be a barrier to applying. Simply complete your application through Common App or our portal at no cost.
Early Decision is a binding commitment—if admitted, you agree to enroll and withdraw other applications. Early Action is non-binding, giving you an early decision while allowing you to compare offers until May 1. Both options receive priority consideration for scholarships.
After submitting your application, you'll receive login credentials for our applicant portal within 48 hours. There you can track document receipt, view your checklist, and receive your admission decision. We'll also email updates as your application progresses.
Yes! While interviews are optional, we encourage them as an opportunity to share more about yourself and ask questions. You can schedule an in-person interview during a campus visit or a virtual interview through our scheduling system. Contact your regional counselor to arrange a conversation.
